1. Verantwortlicher und Rollenverteilung
Platzmeister.app ist ein Buchungs- und Verwaltungssystem, das Sportvereine und Anlagenbetreiber unter ihrem eigenen Namen einsetzen. Daraus ergibt sich eine Aufteilung der datenschutzrechtlichen Rollen:
- Der Verein bzw. Anlagenbetreiber, dessen Buchungsseite Sie nutzen, ist Verantwortlicher im Sinne des Art. 4 Z 7 DSGVO für alle Daten seines Spielbetriebs: Platzbuchungen, Mitgliederverwaltung, Zehnerkarten, Turniere und die Inhalte seiner Vereinsseite. Er entscheidet, welche Daten er erhebt und wie lange er sie aufbewahrt. Die Kontaktdaten Ihres Vereins finden Sie im Kopf seiner Buchungsseite.
- WB Production GmbH betreibt Platzmeister.app technisch und ist dabei Auftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO. Wir verarbeiten diese Daten ausschließlich nach Weisung des jeweiligen Vereins. Mit jedem Verein besteht ein schriftlicher Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag.
- Für den Betrieb der Plattform selbst — Zugänge der Vereinsbetreiber, Vertrags- und Rechnungsdaten, Mitteilungen an Betreiber — ist WB Production GmbH eigenständig Verantwortlicher.

2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Platzbuchung
- Vor- und Nachname
- E-Mail-Adresse
- Optional: Telefonnummer
- Buchungsdetails (Datum, Uhrzeit, gebuchter Platz, Art der Buchung)
- Gewählte Sprache
- Optional: Ihre Einwilligung, Nachrichten Ihres Vereins zu erhalten
Mitgliederverwaltung
Legt Sie ein Verein als Mitglied an, verarbeiten wir in seinem Auftrag zusätzlich:
- Mitgliedsnummer und Zugehörigkeit zu einer Familie
- Tarif und Kontingente (z. B. All-Inclusive, freie Saisonstunden)
- Status der Mitgliedschaft (aktiv / nicht aktiv)
- Beitrags- und Zahlungsstatus
- Interne Notizen des Vereins zu Ihrer Person
- Abmeldung von Vereinsnachrichten (Zeitpunkt und Abmeldeschlüssel)
Diese Daten stammen in der Regel aus der Mitgliederliste des Vereins und nicht von Ihnen selbst (Art. 14 DSGVO).
Familienmitglieder und Minderjährige
Vereine können Familienmitglieder ohne eigene E-Mail-Adresse anlegen — typischerweise Kinder und Jugendliche. Buchungen und Mitteilungen laufen in diesem Fall über die E-Mail-Adresse des Hauptkontakts der Familie, üblicherweise eines Elternteils.
Von Minderjährigen werden ausschließlich Name, Familienzugehörigkeit und die eigenen Buchungen verarbeitet. Die Einwilligung erteilen die Erziehungsberechtigten gegenüber dem Verein. Es findet keine Auswertung, keine Profilbildung und keine Weitergabe an Dritte statt.
Turniere
- Anzeigename (Vor- und Nachname), bei Doppelbewerben auch der Partner
- Setzung, Gruppenzuteilung, Spielergebnisse und Platzierungen
- Bei kostenpflichtigen Bewerben: Zahlungsstatus des Nenngelds
Turnierdaten sind teilweise öffentlich einsehbar — siehe Abschnitt 5.
Zehnerkarten und Guthaben
Stundenkontingent, verbrauchte Stunden, Preis, Zahlungsstatus, Gültigkeitszeitraum sowie Notizen des Vereins zur jeweiligen Karte.
Vereinsseite (Add-on „Öffentlichkeitsarbeit")
Vereine mit diesem Add-on veröffentlichen Neuigkeiten, Seiteninhalte und Bilder. Diese Bilder können Personen zeigen. Für Auswahl, Inhalt und Veröffentlichung ist ausschließlich der Verein verantwortlich.
Technischer Hinweis: Bilder werden beim Hochladen bereits im Browser verkleinert und neu gespeichert. Dabei gehen die im Foto eingebetteten Aufnahmeinformationen einschließlich GPS-Koordinaten verloren — Standortdaten aus Fotos gelangen also gar nicht erst auf unsere Server.
Online-Zahlung
Bietet ein Verein Online-Zahlung an, läuft diese über den Zahlungsdienstleister Stripe auf das Stripe-Konto des Vereins.
Karten- und Kontodaten werden ausschließlich von Stripe verarbeitet. Wir sehen und speichern sie nicht. Von Stripe erhalten wir lediglich die Information, ob eine Zahlung erfolgreich war, sowie eine Vorgangsnummer zur Zuordnung.
Mitglieder-Login
Mitglieder melden sich ohne Passwort an: Sie erhalten einen einmaligen Anmeldelink per E-Mail („Magic Link"). Dabei werden E-Mail-Adresse, Zeitpunkt der Anmeldung und ein Sitzungsschlüssel in Ihrem Browser gespeichert. Ein Passwort wird weder abgefragt noch gespeichert.
Automatisch erfasste Daten
- Zeitpunkt der letzten Buchung
- Buchungshistorie
Es findet kein Tracking, keine Profilbildung und keine Weitergabe an Werbenetzwerke statt.
3. Zwecke der Datenverarbeitung
Wir verarbeiten Ihre Daten ausschließlich zu folgenden Zwecken:
- Abwicklung Ihrer Platzbuchung
- Buchungsbestätigung, Erinnerung und Stornierung per E-Mail
- Wiedererkennung bei Folgebuchungen (Sie müssen Ihre Daten nur einmal eingeben)
- Mitgliederverwaltung des Vereins samt Beitragsabwicklung
- Durchführung und Veröffentlichung von Turnieren
- Verwaltung von Zehnerkarten und Guthaben
- Abwicklung von Online-Zahlungen, sofern der Verein diese anbietet
- Vereinsnachrichten an Mitglieder, sofern Sie zugestimmt haben
- Öffentlichkeitsarbeit des Vereins auf seiner Vereinsseite
- Erfüllung gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungs- und Nachweispflichten
4. Rechtsgrundlage
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO — Vertragserfüllung (Buchung, Mitgliedschaft, Turnierteilnahme, Zehnerkarte)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO — Ihre Einwilligung (Datenschutz-Häkchen bei der Buchung, Vereinsnachrichten, Veröffentlichung von Fotos)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO — Berechtigtes Interesse (Wiedererkennung bei Folgebuchungen, Veröffentlichung von Turnierbäumen und Ergebnissen als Teil der Vereinschronik, Schutz vor Missbrauch)
- Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO — Rechtliche Verpflichtung (Aufbewahrung von Rechnungen und Zahlungsbelegen)
5. Öffentlich sichtbare Daten
Einzelne Daten sind bewusst öffentlich einsehbar, also ohne Anmeldung für jeden abrufbar, der die Seite Ihres Vereins aufruft:
Turniere. Meldeliste, Turnierbaum, Gruppentabellen und Ergebnisse zeigen die Namen der Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmer. Das ist bei einem Turnier üblich und für dessen Durchführung notwendig.
Vereinsmeister-Archiv. Die Namen der Siegerinnen und Sieger vergangener Jahre bleiben dauerhaft sichtbar — es ist als Chronik des Vereins angelegt.
Vereinsseite. Texte und Bilder, die der Verein dort veröffentlicht, sind frei zugänglich.
Buchungskalender. Ob ein Platz belegt ist, ist immer sichtbar. Ob auch der Name der buchenden Person angezeigt wird, entscheidet Ihr Verein in seinen Einstellungen; ist die Anzeige aktiv, erscheint je nach Einstellung der volle Name oder eine Kurzform (z. B. „Max M.").
Möchten Sie nicht namentlich genannt werden, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Verein — er entscheidet über diese Anzeige und kann einzelne Einträge anonymisieren.
6. Speicherdauer
- Buchungsdaten: bis zu sieben Jahre nach der letzten Buchung. Diese Frist ergibt sich aus der siebenjährigen Aufbewahrungspflicht für Bücher und Belege (§ 132 BAO). Danach werden die Daten gelöscht oder anonymisiert.
- Mitgliederdaten: für die Dauer der Mitgliedschaft. Danach löscht sie der Verein; Daten mit Bezug zu Beitragszahlungen unterliegen ebenfalls der siebenjährigen Aufbewahrungspflicht.
- Turnierergebnisse und Vereinsmeister-Archiv: dauerhaft, als Teil der sportlichen Vereinschronik. Auf Wunsch anonymisiert der Verein einzelne Einträge.
- Rechnungen und Zahlungsbelege: sieben Jahre (§ 132 BAO).
- Inhalte der Vereinsseite: bis der Verein sie löscht oder das Add-on beendet.
- Zugänge der Vereinsbetreiber: bis zum Ende des Vertragsverhältnisses, danach Löschung mit Ausnahme der aufbewahrungspflichtigen Rechnungsdaten.
Sie können jederzeit die vorzeitige Löschung Ihrer Daten verlangen, soweit keine gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflicht entgegensteht — siehe Ihre Rechte.

Alle Dienstleister sind durch entsprechende Auftragsverarbeitungsverträge (AVV) gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO gebunden. Eine Weitergabe an Werbenetzwerke oder ein Verkauf von Daten findet nicht statt.
8. Ihre Rechte
Sie haben gemäß DSGVO folgende Rechte:
- Auskunft über die zu Ihrer Person gespeicherten Daten (Art. 15 DSGVO)

Richten Sie Ihr Anliegen bevorzugt an Ihren Verein, da er über die Daten seines Spielbetriebs entscheidet. Sie erreichen uns ebenfalls unter support@platzmeister.app — wir leiten das Anliegen dann an den Verein weiter und unterstützen ihn bei der Umsetzung.
Vereinsnachrichten können Sie jederzeit über den Abmeldelink am Ende jeder solchen E-Mail abbestellen, ohne uns dafür schreiben zu müssen.

Unsere Seiten verwenden keine Tracking-Cookies und keine Werbe-Cookies.
Es werden ausschließlich technisch notwendige Daten im Browser gespeichert:

1. Titolare del trattamento e ripartizione dei ruoli
Platzmeister.app è un sistema di prenotazione e gestione che le associazioni sportive e i gestori degli impianti utilizzano a proprio nome. Ne deriva la seguente ripartizione dei ruoli previsti dalla normativa sulla protezione dei dati:
- L'associazione o il gestore dell'impianto di cui utilizzi la pagina di prenotazione è titolare del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 4 n. 7 GDPR per tutti i dati della propria attività: prenotazioni dei campi, gestione dei soci, carnet a ore, tornei e contenuti della propria pagina associativa. Decide quali dati raccogliere e per quanto tempo conservarli. I recapiti della tua associazione si trovano in testa alla sua pagina di prenotazione.
- WB Production GmbH gestisce tecnicamente Platzmeister.app ed è in tale veste responsabile del trattamento ai sensi dell'art. 28 GDPR. Trattiamo questi dati esclusivamente su istruzione della rispettiva associazione. Con ogni associazione è stato stipulato un accordo scritto sul trattamento dei dati.
- Per la gestione della piattaforma in sé — accessi dei gestori, dati contrattuali e di fatturazione, comunicazioni ai gestori — WB Production GmbH è titolare autonomo del trattamento.

Gestione dei soci
Se un'associazione ti registra come socio, per suo conto trattiamo inoltre:
- Numero di tessera e appartenenza a un nucleo familiare
- Tariffa e contingenti (ad es. all inclusive, ore stagionali gratuite)
- Stato dell'iscrizione (attiva / non attiva)
- Stato della quota e dei pagamenti
- Note interne dell'associazione relative alla tua persona
- Disiscrizione dalle comunicazioni dell'associazione (data e chiave di disiscrizione)
Questi dati provengono di norma dall'elenco soci dell'associazione e non direttamente da te (art. 14 GDPR).
Familiari e minori
Le associazioni possono registrare familiari privi di un proprio indirizzo e-mail, tipicamente bambini e ragazzi. In tal caso prenotazioni e comunicazioni passano dall'indirizzo e-mail del contatto principale del nucleo familiare, di norma un genitore.
Dei minori vengono trattati esclusivamente il nome, l'appartenenza al nucleo familiare e le relative prenotazioni. Il consenso viene prestato dagli esercenti la responsabilità genitoriale nei confronti dell'associazione. Non viene effettuata alcuna analisi, profilazione o cessione a terzi.
Tornei
- Nome visualizzato (nome e cognome) e, nei doppi, anche il partner
- Teste di serie, assegnazione ai gironi, risultati e classifiche
- Nelle competizioni a pagamento: stato del pagamento della quota di iscrizione
Alcuni dati dei tornei sono visibili pubblicamente — vedi sezione 5.
Carnet a ore e credito
Ore disponibili, ore utilizzate, prezzo, stato del pagamento, periodo di validità e note dell'associazione relative al singolo carnet.
Pagina associativa (add-on „Comunicazione")
Le associazioni che dispongono di questo add-on pubblicano notizie, contenuti e immagini. Tali immagini possono ritrarre persone. La scelta, il contenuto e la pubblicazione sono di esclusiva responsabilità dell'associazione.
Nota tecnica: le immagini vengono ridimensionate e salvate nuovamente già nel browser al momento del caricamento. In questo passaggio vanno perse le informazioni di scatto incorporate nella foto, comprese le coordinate GPS — i dati di posizione contenuti nelle foto non arrivano quindi ai nostri server.
Pagamento online
Se un'associazione offre il pagamento online, questo avviene tramite il fornitore di servizi di pagamento Stripe sul conto Stripe dell'associazione.
I dati della carta e del conto sono trattati esclusivamente da Stripe. Noi non li vediamo né li memorizziamo. Da Stripe riceviamo unicamente l'informazione se un pagamento è andato a buon fine e un numero di operazione per l'abbinamento.
Accesso per i soci
I soci accedono senza password: ricevono per e-mail un link di accesso monouso („magic link"). In questo contesto vengono memorizzati nel browser l'indirizzo e-mail, il momento dell'accesso e una chiave di sessione. Nessuna password viene richiesta o memorizzata.

- Data dell'ultima prenotazione
- Cronologia delle prenotazioni
Non viene effettuato alcun tracciamento, nessuna profilazione e nessuna cessione a reti pubblicitarie.
3. Finalità del trattamento
Trattiamo i tuoi dati esclusivamente per le seguenti finalità:
- Gestione della tua prenotazione del campo
- Conferma, promemoria e annullamento della prenotazione via e-mail
- Riconoscimento per prenotazioni successive (devi inserire i dati una sola volta)
- Gestione dei soci dell'associazione, quote comprese
- Svolgimento e pubblicazione dei tornei
- Gestione dei carnet a ore e del credito
- Gestione dei pagamenti online, se offerti dall'associazione
- Comunicazioni dell'associazione ai soci, previo tuo consenso
- Comunicazione pubblica dell'associazione sulla sua pagina associativa
- Adempimento degli obblighi di legge in materia di conservazione e prova
4. Base giuridica
- Art. 6, par. 1, lett. b GDPR — esecuzione del contratto (prenotazione, iscrizione, partecipazione a tornei, carnet)
- Art. 6, par. 1, lett. a GDPR — il tuo consenso (casella privacy in fase di prenotazione, comunicazioni dell'associazione, pubblicazione di fotografie)
- Art. 6, par. 1, lett. f GDPR — legittimo interesse (riconoscimento per prenotazioni successive, pubblicazione di tabelloni e risultati come parte della storia dell'associazione, protezione da abusi)
- Art. 6, par. 1, lett. c GDPR — obbligo legale (conservazione di fatture e documenti di pagamento)
5. Dati visibili pubblicamente
Alcuni dati sono deliberatamente pubblici, ossia consultabili senza registrazione da chiunque apra la pagina della tua associazione:
Tornei. Elenco iscritti, tabellone, classifiche dei gironi e risultati riportano i nomi dei partecipanti. È una prassi consueta nei tornei e necessaria al loro svolgimento.
Albo dei campioni sociali. I nomi dei vincitori degli anni passati restano visibili in modo permanente — l'archivio è concepito come cronaca dell'associazione.
Pagina associativa. I testi e le immagini che l'associazione vi pubblica sono liberamente accessibili.
Calendario delle prenotazioni. L'occupazione di un campo è sempre visibile. Se venga mostrato anche il nome di chi ha prenotato lo decide la tua associazione nelle proprie impostazioni; se la visualizzazione è attiva, compare a seconda dell'impostazione il nome completo o una forma abbreviata (ad es. „Max M.").
Se non desideri essere indicato per nome, rivolgiti alla tua associazione — è essa a decidere su questa visualizzazione e può rendere anonime singole voci.
6. Periodo di conservazione
- Dati di prenotazione: fino a sette anni dopo l'ultima prenotazione. Il termine deriva dall'obbligo settennale di conservazione di libri e documenti (§ 132 BAO, normativa fiscale austriaca). Successivamente i dati vengono cancellati o resi anonimi.
- Dati dei soci: per la durata dell'iscrizione. Successivamente vengono cancellati dall'associazione; i dati relativi al pagamento delle quote sono anch'essi soggetti all'obbligo settennale di conservazione.
- Risultati dei tornei e albo dei campioni sociali: a tempo indeterminato, come parte della cronaca sportiva dell'associazione. Su richiesta l'associazione rende anonime singole voci.
- Fatture e documenti di pagamento: sette anni (§ 132 BAO).
- Contenuti della pagina associativa: finché l'associazione non li cancella o non cessa l'add-on.
- Accessi dei gestori: fino al termine del rapporto contrattuale, poi cancellazione fatta eccezione per i dati di fatturazione soggetti a obbligo di conservazione.
Puoi richiedere in qualsiasi momento la cancellazione anticipata dei tuoi dati, salvo obblighi di legge contrari — vedi I tuoi diritti.

Per il funzionamento del servizio ci avvaliamo dei seguenti fornitori:

1. Data controller and allocation of roles
Platzmeister.app is a booking and administration system that sports clubs and facility operators use under their own name. This results in the following allocation of data protection roles:
- The club or facility operator whose booking page you are using is the controller within the meaning of Art. 4(7) GDPR for all data arising from its operations: court bookings, member administration, multi-hour passes, tournaments and the content of its club page. It decides which data it collects and how long it keeps it. Your club's contact details can be found at the top of its booking page.
- WB Production GmbH operates Platzmeister.app technically and acts as a processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. We process this data solely on the instructions of the respective club. A written data processing agreement is in place with every club.
- For the operation of the platform itself — operator accounts, contract and invoicing data, notifications to operators — WB Production GmbH is an independent controller.

2. What data we process
Court booking
- First and last name
- Email address
- Optional: phone number
- Booking details (date, time, booked court, type of booking)
- Selected language
- Optional: your consent to receive messages from your club
Member administration
If a club registers you as a member, we additionally process on its behalf:
- Membership number and family affiliation
- Tariff and allowances (e.g. all-inclusive, free seasonal hours)
- Membership status (active / inactive)
- Membership fee and payment status
- The club's internal notes about you
- Unsubscription from club messages (time and unsubscribe key)
This data usually comes from the club's own membership list rather than from you directly (Art. 14 GDPR).
Family members and minors
Clubs can register family members without their own email address — typically children and young people. In that case bookings and messages run through the email address of the family's primary contact, usually a parent.
For minors, only the name, family affiliation and their own bookings are processed. Consent is given to the club by the legal guardians. There is no analysis, no profiling and no disclosure to third parties.
Tournaments
- Display name (first and last name), and in doubles events the partner as well
- Seeding, group allocation, match results and rankings
- For paid events: payment status of the entry fee
Some tournament data is publicly visible — see section 5.
Multi-hour passes and credit
Hours purchased, hours used, price, payment status, validity period and the club's notes on the respective pass.
Club page (add-on "Public relations")
Clubs with this add-on publish news, page content and images. These images may show individuals. Selection, content and publication are the sole responsibility of the club.
Technical note: images are resized and re-saved in the browser during upload. This removes the capture information embedded in the photo, including GPS coordinates — location data from photos therefore never reaches our servers.
Online payment
If a club offers online payment, it is handled by the payment service provider Stripe into the club's own Stripe account.
Card and account details are processed exclusively by Stripe. We neither see nor store them. From Stripe we receive only the information whether a payment was successful, plus a transaction reference for matching.
Member login
Members sign in without a password: they receive a one-time sign-in link by email ("magic link"). In doing so, the email address, the time of sign-in and a session key are stored in your browser. No password is requested or stored.
Automatically collected data
- Time of the last booking
- Booking history
There is no tracking, no profiling and no sharing with advertising networks.
3. Purposes of processing
We process your data solely for the following purposes:
- Handling your court booking
- Booking confirmation, reminder and cancellation by email
- Recognition for follow-up bookings (you only need to enter your data once)
- The club's member administration including fee handling
- Running and publishing tournaments
- Administration of multi-hour passes and credit
- Processing online payments, where the club offers them
- Club messages to members, where you have consented
- The club's public relations on its club page
- Compliance with statutory retention and record-keeping obligations
4. Legal basis
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract (booking, membership, tournament entry, pass)
- Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your consent (data protection checkbox at booking, club messages, publication of photographs)
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest (recognition for follow-up bookings, publication of draws and results as part of the club's record, protection against misuse)
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — legal obligation (retention of invoices and payment records)
5. Publicly visible data
Some data is deliberately public, i.e. accessible without signing in to anyone who opens your club's page:
Tournaments. Entry lists, draws, group tables and results show participants' names. This is customary for a tournament and necessary in order to run it.
Club champions archive. The names of past years' winners remain permanently visible — the archive is designed as a record of the club's history.
Club page. Texts and images published there by the club are freely accessible.
Booking calendar. Whether a court is occupied is always visible. Whether the name of the person who booked is also shown is decided by your club in its settings; if the display is switched on, either the full name or a short form (e.g. "Max M.") appears, depending on that setting.
If you do not wish to be named, please contact your club — it decides on this display and can anonymise individual entries.
6. Retention period
- Booking data: for up to seven years after the last booking. This period follows from the seven-year retention obligation for books and records (Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code). After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
- Member data: for the duration of the membership. It is then deleted by the club; data relating to fee payments is likewise subject to the seven-year retention obligation.
- Tournament results and the club champions archive: permanently, as part of the club's sporting record. On request, the club will anonymise individual entries.
- Invoices and payment records: seven years (Section 132 of the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code).
- Club page content: until the club deletes it or the add-on ends.
- Operator accounts: until the end of the contractual relationship, then deleted with the exception of invoicing data subject to retention obligations.
You can request early deletion of your data at any time, provided no statutory retention obligation stands in the way — see Your rights.
7. External service providers (processors)
To operate the service we use the following providers:

Please address your request to your club in the first instance, as it decides on the data arising from its own operations. You can also reach us at support@platzmeister.app — we will forward the request to the club and support it in acting on it.
You can unsubscribe from club messages at any time using the unsubscribe link at the end of every such email, without having to write to us.
9. Cookies & local storage
Our pages use no tracking cookies and no advertising cookies.
Only technically necessary data is stored in the browser:
- Session key for sign-in (only for signed-in members and club operators)
- Stored language selection (localStorage)
- Cloudflare security cookie to protect against abuse
